Family Practice
We offer healthcare management for family members of all ages. We manage chronic illness and provide preventative care and screenings.
Injuries & Illness
We are able to treat acute illnesses and injuries including minor lacerations and sutures. We have the capability to test in office for several common illnesses and offer convenient treatment options available in office at the time of the appointment. Our goal is to keep patients out of urgent care or the emergency room.
Wellness Screenings
We offer work physicals, athletic physicals, pre-school physicals and other wellness screenings. We also have CDL physicals available as Jennifer is a nationally recognized registered DOT medical examiner.

I am an FNP-C who graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, IN with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Practice. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a diverse and well-rounded medical background, including experience in Labor & Delivery, Surgery, and Emergency Medicine. I care for patients of all ages, from newborns through end of life.
