Payment
We accept cash, check, credit & debit cards, as well as Health Savings Account cards. We will issue patients a superbill that they may file with their own insurance upon request, however we do not accept any insurance plans in our office. Because we do not file insurance claims, we are able to offer lower prices for comprehensive healthcare packages via membership plans. There are payment plans available for membership packages. If you are interested and need to make payment arrangements, you may speak with any staff member regarding this and we would be happy to set something up for you.
